We prepare drawings and details for permits and for your contractor.

Supervision and handover
We visit during construction to make sure the design is built as drawn.

How much does design cost?
The cost depends on the area, the type of project and the scope of services. We give a first estimate during the free consultation.
Do you take projects outside Mashhad?
Yes. We design online. In-person supervision is available in Mashhad and nearby, and elsewhere by arrangement.
What is the difference between general and private consultations?
The general consultation is a short, free call to get acquainted. A private consultation is a full, dedicated session where your plans and photos are reviewed and you receive concrete recommendations.
How do I know which times are available?
The booking page only shows free times. Days and hours that are full or closed cannot be selected.
Can I change my appointment?
Yes. The confirmation message includes a link to reschedule or cancel.
